Copa Mundial de Fútbol Uruguay 1930

The first football World Cup was on 1930 in Uruguay. My country Ecuador wasn't there because Uruguay said to Ecuador to participate but Ecuador wasn't available because an economy problem and Ecuador access it.

In this World Cup there were 13 Countries participating, Argentina, Brazil, Belgium, Bolivia, Chile, France, Mexico, United States, Peru, Paraguay, Rumania, Uruguay (Local), Yugoslavia. this 13 teams were divided in 3 groups of 3 and 1 group of four. The First two matches in World Cups history were France 4-1 Mexico, and United States 3-0 Belgium. the first goal of the World's Cup history was scored by Lucien Laurent a French.

The Final was Argentina against Uruguay, "Los Charuas" won 4-2 in the CENTENARIO stadium in front of 93.000 fans. Guillermo Stabile (Argentinian) recieved the "Bota de Oro" for scoring 8 goals in the Cup.
